There were a multitude of reasons why Peebee was sitting on the mass relay statue in the middle of the Citadel's lakes right now. First, she'd overheard a couple krogan wondering if there were fish in the lakes, and she was curious too. Secondly, she'd always wanted to take a closer look at the statue itself and swimming out was a perfect excuse. Thirdly - and perhaps most importantly - there was a disgruntled C-Sec officer waiting for her over on the walkway.

Yeah, that was the best part of this situation; sitting here, swinging her legs back and forth, watching him suffer.
